Iron: Essential for the formation of red blood cells and oxygen transport, reducing tiredness and fatigue. Prevents and treats iron-deficiency anaemia. Vitamin B6: Supports metabolism of amino acids, neurotransmitter synthesis, and immune function. Evidence supports its role in reducing symptoms of PMS and supporting mood regulation. Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin): Necessary for red blood cell production, neurological function, and DNA synthesis. Folate (as 5-MTHF): Critical for DNA production and healthy red blood cell creation, especially crucial during pregnancy to prevent neural tube defects in babies. The 5-MTHF form is biologically active and better absorbed in people with MTHFR gene variants. Bioactive cofactors (enzymes, flavonoids, amino acids, lipids): These may contribute antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties.

People with iron or B vitamin deficiency, especially: Menstruating individuals with heavy periods; Vegans and vegetarians (B12, iron, folate); People with malabsorption issues (e.g., coeliac disease, IBD); Older adults (B12 absorption decreases with age); Those with low energy, fatigue, or mild anaemia; People preparing for or during pregnancy (due to folate, though higher doses are usually needed). 1 capsule provides on average (NRV): Iron: 16mg (114%); Vitamin B6: 2mg (143%); Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin): 10μg (400%); Folic Acid (as Folate): 100μg (50%). NRV = Nutrient Reference Values.

Take one capsule daily with or without food. Not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Iron (16 mg): Common: Nausea, constipation, dark stools, stomach upset. Rare/Serious: Gastrointestinal bleeding (if underlying ulcers), accidental overdose in children can be fatal. Vitamin B6 (2 mg): Generally safe at this dose. Chronic high doses (>100 mg/day): Peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage), reversible on stopping. Vitamin B12 (10 µg): Generally very safe, even at high doses. Rare allergic reactions possible but very uncommon. Folate (100 µg as 5-MTHF): Well-tolerated. Rare: High doses may mask B12 deficiency and delay diagnosis, but not a concern at this dose. Nutritional Yeast & Spinach Extract: Generally safe; very low allergenicity. Rare: Mild digestive upset, flatulence. Other bioactives (enzymes, flavonoids, etc.): Unlikely to cause issues in natural food-derived forms at small, unspecified doses. Rare: Hypersensitivity if allergic to specific compounds.

Seek Medical Advice Before Starting if: History of iron overload or metabolic disorders; Currently taking iron or B vitamin supplements; Have kidney disease or on dialysis (risk of vitamin accumulation); Pregnant or trying to conceive (to assess appropriate folate dose); Have active gastrointestinal issues (e.g., ulcers, IBD); Diagnosed with MTHFR gene mutation and uncertain about folate type. Seek Medical Advice While Taking the Supplement: New symptoms of stomach pain, black stools, or constipation; Persistent tingling or numbness in hands/feet (potential B6 excess); Signs of allergic reaction: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, difficulty breathing; If symptoms like fatigue or anaemia persist despite supplementation.
