Before contacting us, have a browse below to see if any of our FAQs answer any questions you have around delivery, returns and refunds or our products. If they don't, get in touch and our team will be happy to help. 

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse through our categorised menu of wellbeing products to locate what you’re searching for. Alternatively, use our search bar at the top of every webpage to discover the specific products you’re looking for. 

If you're ready to buy, simply hit the ‘Add to cart' button on the relevant product page.

When you're ready to checkout, click the button in the top right with the shopping trolley icon and you'll see a pop up window on the right listing all the items in your cart. Click the ‘check out now' button then enter your delivery information and payment details as needed and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. 

Following this, you'll receive email confirmation of your order, as well as tracking information once it's available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). For your convenience, we also accept the digital wallets, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. However, we do not accept American Express cards.

You can select your preferred payment methods in the final checkout stage after you've chosen your shipping method.

Can I cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by emailing us at: hello@evergreenwell.co.uk or filling out the Get in touch form on the 'Contact us' page of our website.

Unfortunately, if the item you ordered is already in transit to you, you cannot cancel the order. However, our team would be happy to help facilitate the return the item. Please see below on how to do this.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@evergreenwell.co.uk for assistance.

How long will my order take to arrive

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00pm are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

So, depending on which delivery option you choose (please see below), and what time of day you order, you could be benefitting from your wellness product the next day!

What are your delivery timeframe options?

We like to offer as much choice as possible around delivery options, so the following are available: 

  • Standard Delivery (UK) - estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days.
  • Express Delivery (UK) - estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days. 

What are your delivery prices?

  • Standard Delivery (UK) - £4.99 (free for orders over £50).
  • Express Delivery (UK) - £3.99.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over £50 when ordered via Standard Delivery.

However, please note, discounts and promotions don't count towards the free shipping threshold unless stated otherwise.

When is the latest time in the day I should order if I was to order via Express Delivery?

The latest time in the day you need to order for Express Delivery varies depending on which organisation supplies the product(s) you're ordering. Please see the 'Delivery and shipping' section our T&Cs for more detail on this.

What happens if I’m not in for my delivery?

Each supplier uses different couriers, which is dependent on time of day and which one is available.

If you’re not in for your delivery, the courier will most likely put your items in a safe place as they do not require a signature.

How do I report a delivery issue?

If your delivery is delayed, please allow up to 5 additional business days before contacting us. After that, please contact our Support team by emailing hello@evergreenwell.co.uk so we can assist you.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@evergreenwell.co.uk and our team will do everything they can to resolve the issue. However, you do have up to 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return and refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

If you don't receive tracking details or experience delays, please contact us at hello@evergreenwell.co.uk.

What if I put the wrong address in my order?

Don't worry, we all do it! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or failure to collect, we'll issue a refund minus shipping costs once the package is received.

If re-delivery is required, additional shipping charges will apply.

Can I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note, certain types of items cannot be returned, please find a list of these below:

  • items not in the same condition that they were when you received them 
  • worn or used items 
  • items without tags 
  • items not in their original packaging  
  • perishable goods (such as food, supplements, flowers or plants) 
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases 
  • items purchased during sales or with gift cards 
  • items sent back to us without first requesting a return and including a provided label  

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@evergreenwell.co.uk. Please note, we will need to see your proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What are the shipping costs for returns?

We’re always sorry when a customer feels they have to return an order. Returns are free for all UK orders for your convenience.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, although we can't offer direct product exchanges, we can provide a full refund for any returned products (please see above, how to do this). You can then raise a new order for your desired product(s).

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

We aim to offer a first-class customer service throughout your buying journey.

Please inspect your order as soon as your receive it and contact us immediately by emailing hello@evergreenwell.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I return an item I purchased as part of an offer or discount?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

When will I get my refund?

We'll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
