At Evergreen Well, we aim to deliver your wellness products efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery options, timeframes, costs, and other essential details to ensure a seamless shopping experience. 

1. Shipping Destinations 

1.1. We currently ship to addresses within the UK and select international locations.

3. Order Processing Times 

3.1. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 
3.2. The times to order by for next day delivery are outlined below, according to supplier: 

For vitamins and supplements we use Huboo, who require you order before 2pm 

For all electrical devices we use Mashco, who require you to order before 10am 

For all rapid at home tests we use Newfoundland, who require you to order before 12pm 

4. Tracking Your Order 

4.1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status. 
4.2. If you do not receive tracking details or experience delays, please contact us at hello@evergreenwell.co.uk. 

5. Delivery Issues 

5.1. If your delivery is delayed, please allow up to 5 additional business days before contacting us. 
5.2. If an item arrives damaged or is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@evergreenwell.co.uk.

6. Undeliverable Packages 

6.1. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or failure to collect, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs once the package is received. 
6.2. If re-delivery is required, additional shipping charges will apply. 

7. Free Shipping 

7.1. Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50 within the UK. 
7.2. Discounts and promotions do not count towards the free shipping threshold unless stated otherwise.
