  • Current blood vitamin levels: While we can show predispositions to vitamin deficiencies, your current vitamin levels aren't measured in this test.

Your DNA testing kit will be delivered within 7 working days of confirmation of your order.

You can expect to receive your DNA results within 6-8 weeks after the lab receives your sample. We will send you an email and notification within your Evergreen Life app when the lab receives your sample and another when your results are ready.

To ensure you receive important emails from us, please add support@evergreen-life.co.uk to your contacts or safe sender list. Otherwise, our emails may go to your junk/spam folder. You can also check if your test results are ready directly in the Evergreen Life app under the Tests section.

You’ll receive a notification when your results are ready to view in your Evergreen Life app. Simply open your app and tap on the 'Tests’ section to navigate to your results.
